Micheal E. Butler is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Bush & Powers practicing Criminal Defense. Micheal earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, NC and has been licensed to practice in North Carolina since 2007. Micheal enjoys the challenge of practicing law and the opportunity it gives him to make a difference in one's life.

Micheal loves the state of North Carolina's gorgeous beaches, picturesque mountains, delicious BBQ, and intense basketball rivalries. He did his undergraduate coursework at North Carolina State University in Raleigh earning a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science. Citing his interest in foreign cultures, Micheal also completed a minor in German while attending N.C. State.

As a long time native of Charlotte and a graduate of Providence Senior High School, Micheal is thrilled to be practicing law in his hometown. He is proud to call this exciting, dynamic community his home. In his free time, Micheal enjoys traveling the world, hiking, playing soccer and working with new technology.
